How much does it cost?
You pay per tree, at the same prices as the Evertreen API. The price depends on the tree and the project you choose, and you see it before you switch anything on. Setting up is free.
How long does setup take? Do I need a developer?
About five minutes, and no. If you can use your CRM, you can set this up.
Which CRMs work?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho CRM, Microsoft Dynamics 365, monday.com, Freshsales, ActiveCampaign, Keap and GoHighLevel connect directly. Zapier and Make are in early access — ask us. You can also use a private link, a spreadsheet or a QR code.
What does the person receive?
One email from Evertreen on behalf of your company: your message, their certificate, and a page where they can see and name their tree. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
What data do you read? Is it private?
Read-only access, and only what a tree needs: the person's first name and email (for calls, also the meeting owner so the rep gets the reminder). We never write to your CRM, and we never sell or share data.
Can I pause or change it?
Any time, in one click. Daily limits and one tree per person per month keep spending under control.
